50 No Spend Ideas

A No Spend activity is exactly what it says on the tin. It is something you can do (alone or with someone else) which won’t break the bank. I’m a huge fan of these, especially when I’m on a tight budget in the month or just fancying something a little lowkey.

During this Cost of Living crisis, I think more and more people are becoming understanding of the money pressures we’re all facing and are keen to cut their own costs where possible. So don’t feel ashamed or embarrassed to suggest a cheaper or budget-friendly option! Meeting a friend and swapping out the fancy restaurant for a coffee and cake can still have the same impact but not blow your budget.

To help you get started, I’ve created a list of 50 No Spend Ideas. So let’s take a look.
